WASHINGTON DC –
The Senate Committee on Indian Affairs will hold a legislative hearing on the process for determining whether tribes may conduct gaming on off-reservation lands under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA) “two-part determination.” The hearing will be held in the Russell Senate Office Building Room 485 (SR-485).
