This roundtable will convene state and community leaders working across Hawai’i’s housing landscape to discuss how Native Hawaiian-serving organizations are leveraging federal and state funds to build housing supply through innovative funding approaches and partnerships, alongside broader state and local efforts to expand housing supply and advocacy statewide. Roundtable Procedures
1. Roundtable Participants/speakers: Only invited panelists will participate in the discussion.
2. Public attendance: This meeting is open to the public.
3. Participant list: A list of official participants will be posted in advance of the roundtable on the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs website (https://www.indian.senate.gov/).
4. Public comments: There will be an opportunity to submit comments in writing about the topics discussed for inclusion in the Committee record within 2 weeks (by September 9, 2026) after the Roundtable discussion. Send written comments by email to: testimony@indian.senate.gov.
